Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the specific reason for your return or dissatisfaction.

  Verification

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the return meets our safety and quality guidelines.

  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unused portion of your product in its original packaging and clearly mark the outside of the box with your assigned RMA number.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
